Permanent ban is VERY RARE! tongue
Normaly aggressive player gives up after 2 warning / 1 kick..

My way if somethings happen many times in a row:
3-4 Warnings,
Then kick,
Then another kick,
5 Min ban,
10 Min ban, Twisted Evil

If a player STILL comes back for being an aggressive massacre, Permanent ban!
I have made a permanent ban once actually, fucking annoying when connecting again just for being a dumbass! Suspect
